what is your return policy?
since every bracelet is made to order, all items are final sale.
Please email help@studmuffinboston.com for size exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for exchange. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error.
Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
For every item other than custom-sized bracelets, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to return. You must email us before hand, to be sure your item is eligible.
how do I care for my bracelet(s)?
Our stretch bracelets are sensitive to water and wearing them while sleeping, showering, exercising, or in a pool or sauna should be avoided. These elements can weaken the elastic cord that holds the bracelet together and can contribute to breakage in the future if not cared for properly.
To ensure the longevity of your stud muffin beaded bracelet, ROLL the bracelet on or off your arm (while being cautious of rings), rather than pull, stretch or tug on the beads. Repetitive tugging and pulling can cause the elastic to weaken and break over time and should be avoided.
what happens if my bracelet breaks?
if your jewelry needs repair within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly do so free of charge
what if the size I ordered doesn’t fit?
contact us (within 7 days of receiving your order) to exchange for a different size.
what if i placed an order right before/after your flash sale? Can the discount be honored?
unfortunately, it can’t be honored. flash sales are always spur of the moment - regular sales are promoted so you can plan!
how long do orders take to ship?
due to the custom nature of these bracelets, shipping takes anywhere from 3 business days - 10 business days (depending on product launches + sales). orders are fulfilled in the order they were received + we are unable to compile multiple orders placed by the same person, ship together + refund shipping charges.
can I purchase a custom bracelet?
custom bracelets are only offered when our name bracelets are available. custom sizing is no longer an option.
